Having a pet can pose a challenge when looking for apartments in the Wales, Waukesha and Delafield, WI area. But at Lincolnshire Place, most pets are welcome. We provide a wonderful home with amenities for you and your pet. We welcome your cat or dog and allow up to 2 pets per apartment home. Pet Friendly Policy

Pets must be pre-approved with a veterinarian
statement of good health which includes your pet's immunization record.
All dogs must be 1 year of age or older and although we love all dogs, certain purebreds, or mixes do not thrive in a community environment and
are not permitted:

Doberman Pinschers
German Shepherds
Perrode Presfa Canarios

Staffordshire Terriers

1 Pet - $35 per month fee
2 Pets - $50 per month fee
Deposit Info - $400 refundable pet deposit/$800 deposit for 2 pets
